PIPE 和 TUBE 的区别
开局第一篇,我们来讨论一个非常非常基础,有点八股文一样的问题,PIPE和 TUBE到底什么区别呢?
我看过很多关于这个的讨论.有一篇文章的作者还曾经请教过ASME协会.
其实,ASME B31.1标准里面已经有明确的阐述.
PIPE是一种符合ASME B36.10M 表格1 和ASME B36.19M的一种圆形截面TUBE.有一些不符合这些表格里面的尺寸的特殊的PIPE,以及圆形TUBE,名义外径对应实际外径.
TUBE是圆形的或者其他形状截面的中空物体,有着连续的外围.圆形TUBE的尺寸可能用下面三个参数里的两个描述,一般不用三个: 外径,内径,壁厚.
严格意义上,PIPE应该翻译成公称管,配管. (不要翻译成公制管,因为公制管对应的是英制管,是指的国标里面的一套PIPE尺寸体系,不过目前基本不怎么使用了)
TUBE就翻译成管子就好了.
所以,问题就简单了.我们来总结概括一下,
用来输送流体的是PIPE.
用来传导热量的是TUBE.
1寸的PIPE,外径是33.4mm. 2寸的PIPE,外径是60.3mm.
1寸的TUBE,外径是25.4mm.2寸的TUBE,外径是50.8mm.
符合ASME B36.10 B36.19的是PIPE.
不符合的是TUBE.
圆形的可能是PIPE.
但是非圆形的,一定是TUBE.

For seamless steel tubes and pipes, individual national standard institutions use various procedures to standardize the data.
